Analyzes and processes Accounts Payable in a timely manner
Works with Accounting on coding questions
Handles vendor correspondence including audit requests
Prepares check requests, ACH and Wire transactions
Reconciles payables against bank register on a monthly basis
Assist with month-end accruals
Works with the internal business on inquiries and approvals
Works with Procurement on PO closures
Special projects as neededEducation & Experience Requirements:
2+ years prior accounts payable experience
Associates degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is preferred
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics/D365
AP automation software a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to prioritize and communicate effectively with team and upper management
Is organized, and can multi-task
Is a self-starter and works well under moderate supervision
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic ensuring the job gets doneThe salary range for remote US-based applicants for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
